【服務】工作人員都超級nice，熱心幫忙寄存行李。【環境】些許陳舊但打掃的很好，房間很復古漂亮，唯一的美中不足是衞生間有陳舊的氣味（可能是排風系統不是很優秀）。提供的早餐還不錯，選擇比較多元，比較愛吃咖喱雞。距離多春茶室、餅家都很近，旁邊的扁擔飯服務很好，性價比也很高。住宿價格類比其他酒店貴一些但很值得。

實名發佈！以命發誓無半句假話！！！床單被子全是血跡！！！圖一是床單（大片大片的汙漬，像最近弄上的血跡）圖二是被芯（整個被芯非常臟，都是汙漬斑點，還是臭的）圖三圖四是對正床的鏡子和房間的窗戶。窗戶外面是另一間客房，從窗戶可以看到另一間房間內！！毫無私隱！！！毫無膈音！！！酒店態度非常差！！！！飛機晚點半夜到剛進房間就發現非常臟的被子，酒店以晚上沒有客房服務拒絕更換被子且拒絕退房！！！（附近滿房導致我在沙發上坐到天亮，截止目前訂房網站客服還在溝通解決）天亮離開房間，酒店依舊一句歉意都沒有，且拒絕任何服務和退款~！！！！中國人不騙中國人！！！不要定！！！！噁心炸裂！！！！心態整個崩潰了！！！！平台如不解決，必定投訴到底！如刪除評論也必定投訴到底！

歴史あるホテルでロビーや各階に置いてある傢俱もセンスが良く、部屋の設えもとても素敵です。ベットランナーやクッション、壁にある絵などいずれも野鳥が描かれており、鳥好きの私には嬉しいお部屋でした。　洗面周りも掃除がしっかりされており、お風呂も問題なく入れましたよ。ジャグジーの使い方は分かりませんでしたが、歩き疲れた身體には最高。入浴剤を持っていけばよかった。　ただホテルは古いので上の階の人が歩くとミシミシ床が鳴ります（笑）　大抵の所は歩いていけますし、夜も靜かです。ベランダからの夕日も綺麗でした！隣接しているNasi Kandar Deen Mutiara が美味しいのでぜひ行ってみてください。

Booked the biggest unit available which was Hutton 8, 3 Bedroom. Felt in love the moment we open the doors, the smell of wood, rustic and filled with post heritage decorations, there are some setbacks but overall the stay was almost to my satisfactory. The setbacks are, the television given was very small for a huge house so we cannot really see and hear properly. Secondly, the living room is very very very very humid, there is a ceiling fan but all 6 of us are sweating when we sit on the sofa especially during day time.

很漂亮的一家酒店，濃濃的南洋風格，華人將中國文明的特色與當地的風土人情完美的結合，置身其中，彷彿進入到了時空隧道，穿越到了老南洋的繁花似錦中，又彷彿進入到了花樣年華的往昔。

酒店地段很好，在老街上，而且還是那種南洋老房子，房間也很大，有兩個臥室，兩個廁所，但是可能我住的比較鄰街，所以晚上有點吵。不過酒店晚餐很好吃，連著吃了兩頓。價格也很合適。

We stayed for 3 nights here! Check-in was swift since we arrived at the hotel ~5pm. We loved the spacious room with vintage Peranakan decor. The king-bed was so comfortable. Best experience was the bathtub with jacuzzi! After a hot day touring around Penang, a long soak in the tub was very refreshing! The air-conditioner 訂房網站ped on our last night 😭. Thankfully the ceiling fan was strong enough to keep us cool. The room came with daily breakfasts, and the spread was the same. We ended up only with coffee and croissants and headed out for local foods, since Penang is a food paradise 😝😜! It is great to stay at George Town, as the area has a lot of Michelin-rated eateries. It was easy to Grab to anywhere too!

I love the heritage cultural, wooden style, historical vibe and especially the first time I'm seeing a bathtub with jacuzzi. Fully furnished and also outside have a water dispenser without worrying to look for water. Very convenient place to stay and also walkable to mamak, street food, restaurants and cafe's nearby. Will come back again the next time when I come to Penang again. 🫶🏼👍🏼👍🏼
